Holidays in Garrucha

The property is in Garrucha, an old Spanish fishing village, which lies between Mojacar and Vera. Centred around the marina are plenty of restaurants and bars to suit most tastes, but with the emphasis on seafood for which the area is renowned. The duplex is just over two thirds of a mile from the Marina and a few minutes walk to the long sandy beach. Local activities include 3 golf courses, watersports, deep sea diving, fishing, horse riding and there is also a waterpark approximately one mile away which is fun for everyone.

Ground Floor : The Duplex has marble tiles throughout and sleeps up to six although we do not recommend six adults. There is a spacious lounge and dining area with a double sofa bed, ceiling fan, TV and DVD player. A small patio area to the front of the property. The Kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, fridge/freezer, kettle toaster and electric hob. There is a full complement of china, glass and kitchen utensils. There is also a downstairs toilet.

First Floor : The first Floor comprises of two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds. All bed linen, blankets, hand and bath towels supplied. (But not beach towels) The bathroom is fully tiled with a bath/shower, wash basin, toilet and bidet.

Roof Sun Deck : The roof terrace is equipped with patio furniture and is an ideal place to sunbathe and relax.

Complex : The private garden areas are well maintained and the complex has two swimming pools and a paddling pool for toddlers. Adjacent to the complex are restaurants, bars, shops, a hairdressers and a well stocked supermarket.
